How To RegisterScheduling for any class or program is on a first come basis. To secure a spot on the schedule, fill out the registration form completely and submit with payment. Full payment (Registration Fee & Tuition) is due with registration. After all registration documents and payments are received, we will schedule you on a first come basis & contact you by phone to confirm your class schedule.Note: Any student, who is scheduled in a class less than 3/4th full, may be subject to a last minute schedule change. Online You may fill out the registration forms online, save and e-mail as an attachment to fleetfirst@fleetswimming.com. Please include your credit card information (Mastercard, Visa or Discover) on the registration form. In Person Registration forms are available in the Fleet First office during open business hours. All forms of payment are accepted (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Check or Cash) By Mail You may request registration forms by calling 281-376-0847. Registration may be mailed back to the address located at the top of the forms. Please be sure to include payment information. By Fax Registration forms can be faxed to 281-251-6160.. |
