Refunds & Pro-RatingRefundsIf we are unable to schedule you during the time ranges/days requested, you will receive a full refund. If we DO find a spot within your request and you choose not to accept it, your registration fee will remain valid for the year and your lesson fee will be refunded. NOTE: If you cancel your lessons eight days or more before the session begins, you will receive a refund minus $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel during the week (7 days) before the session begins you may receive a refund minus 25% of the lesson fee. If you cancel during the first week of the session there is no refund, but you will receive a credit for a future session minus 25% of the lesson fee. Unfortunately, we DO NOT prorate/refund for vacations, recitals, scheduling conflicts, or instructor changes. Pro-Rating Lessons If there is a holiday or other cancel date on your scheduled day, you will be given a pro-rated price. We will also pro-rate your fees if you register after the session has started. Unfortunately, we DO NOT prorate or refund for vacations, recitals, scheduling conflicts, or instructor changes. |
