Course Custom Fleet Cap Order Form
Fleet will be placing custom cap orders once during
short course and once during long course season. If you would like
to order a Fleet cap with your name on it, this is your opportunity
to do so. Please keep in mind that once this order is finalized and
placed there will be NO ADDITIONS to it. All orders MUST be in by
the deadline – no exceptions.
For this short course
season OUR DEADLINE IS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13TH
10:00 AM! You will not have another opportunity to order custom
caps until Long Course season.
All cap orders MUST be paid for in advance. The cost
of the caps will not be added to your monthly bill. Orders
may be dropped off at the office or you may email the form
to generalmanager@fleetswimming.com
. IF YOU EMAIL YOUR ORDER FORM, YOUR ORDER WILL
NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. You may use
your credit card to place your order but keep in mind that the 3%
credit card surcharge will be added to order total.
Names will be printed in white on both the black and
the red caps. Each order is for two (2) caps of the same type
(latex OR silicone) and color (red OR black). You have
your choice of latex or silicone and of red or black. You may order
some of each - just remember that each order is for two caps.
Nicknames are fine as long as they are not vulgar or
suggestive.
